Big Pants

Well, yesterday I tried on my normal combat trousers, and I couldn't do the button up. So I trekked off to Oxford Street (on a Saturday!) to find me some Big Pants. Have to say, this was more difficult that I thought... Next only had one rail of 'maternity' clothes (which were so hideous I wouldn't be seen dead in them), Debenhams didn't appear to have any... Ended up in H+M who had a pretty good selection. Bought 2 pairs of Simon Cowell trousers and 4 bigger t-shirts. I am becoming a rather strange shape!

It's now common for newborn babies to catch MRSA (the hospital-acquired infection that's v.hard to treat).

New house?

Have just been to view a 3 bedroom house in leafy Greenford, which was rather nice. Had a lovely big back garden which would be fab in the summer... fingers crossed! Should hear back by next week...

Back to work tomorrow after a couple of days at home with a lovely cold.

Good week

This week has been much better, in the feelng-decent stakes. Although I do feel a tad queasy today, but hey you can't have it all.

Have found out that my first scan will be on March the 18th... do you think I could be harming my baby by listening non-stop to The Libertines??!

Valentine's Cheesy Pies?

And they say romance is dead... we'll be cooking up some Albanian cheesy pies later on, in a sort-of Valentine's treat. I'm feeling a bit better this week than last week, although still a bit sleepy and a bit sick, but it seems to be subsiding gradually. Hopefully the cheesy pies will help :^)

A nice surprise was hubby coming in from his driving lesson with a dozen red roses ... aww very sweet!

Yawn

Still feeling "overwhelmingly fatigued", and sick as a dog. Getting rather fed up with this to be honest! My boss at work has kindly changed my 72 hour week next week to ooh a 60 hour week... thanks, love, that'll make a MASSIVE difference, considering today I can barely get up off the sofa without either feeling dizzy or wanting to vomit. Cheers!
